Seasonal prices are as follows:
(Please note that the minimum stay is five nights (or the € equivalent) - this may be flexible according to season)
Prices for 2012
1st April to 31st May : 550.00 EURO per week.
1st June to 30th June : 580.00 EURO per week.
1st July to 31st August : 650.00 EURO per week.
1st September to 30th September : 580.00 EURO per week.
1st October to 31st October : 425.00 EURO per week.
All other periods: 400 EURO per week.
These prices are based on two people sharing. Please add EUR 50.00 per week for each additional person, up to a maximum of four.
Discounts are available for longer stays (over 10 nights), late bookings and for single occupancy.
Included in the prices:
- All towels and bedlinen (including the pool towels)
- Cleaning at the start and end of the stay - plus a mid term clean if your visit is over 9 nights (weekly change if 14 nights or more)
- WiFi (and lap top if you require it), TomTom
- Laundry facilities incl. washing powders and softeners
- Local tax at 8%
- Use of all facilities.
Payments and methods available:
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. This must be paid by bank transfer in either Euros or Sterling currency within a week of your booking.
The balance of 70% is payable on arrival in EURO cash or by credit card (MasterCard/Visa or American Express)
A security deposit against damage or breakages of EUR 200.00 is also required. This is payable on arrival by credit card and will be returned to the same card with a day or two of departure. Should you wish, you may use this to settle any bar tab.
Honesty Bar:
In the outside lounge area, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and bar area (with ice machine).
Beers/International wines/Spirits/Soft drinks are all available during your stay.
We would ask that you settle you honesty bar tab on depature in cash, however, you may use the security deposit, if you prefer.
Prices for drinks are those charged by our supplier - we do not mark-up.

Massages with our Russian masseur Victor are available during your stay.
We can arrange appointments for you at convenient times (normally afternoons)
